Invitation to Get Hawt Friday #004

I struggled this week with slow progress and wanting to give in to temptation. I managed to hold on due largely to the strict nature of the diet (well, and the fact that I’m only FOUR weeks in, sheesh). How have you held on, or gotten back on the wagon after you fell off?
