Food as Fuel

I went kinda crazy, foodwise, last week, and gained about what I’d like to lose in a week. Clearly, I need to rethink food.

The new strategy is to try treating food as fuel, and nothing more. No treats, no extras and add-ins. So far I’ve successfully been able to resist peanut butter and cookie dough, so we’ll see if it lasts for the week.
