Im traveling this week, very conscious of how hard it is to eat healthy and exercise in airports and hotels.  Only, it actually isn’t.

Day 1: Oatmeal and fruit at a cafe. Meatloaf, beans and veg for lunch 1. Turkey and cheese w mustard on wheat, + a few almonds for lunch 2.  And I’ve already done my workout today.  

Gonna keep it up…

    Somewhat OT stupid question: is there an easy way to alter your Weight Loss Graph formula so the weight range is significantly smaller? I am a moron when it comes to Excel.

      First, sorry for the long delay. And second, yes! Just change the “goal weight in 3 months” to something a lot closer to your current weight.

      So if you want to go from 210# to 200# in three months, change the yellow ”
      Your Starting Weight” box (“B3”) to read 210, and the yellow “Goal weight in 3 months” box (“B4”) to 200.
