#GetHawt on the road
Im traveling this week, very conscious of how hard it is to eat healthy and exercise in airports and hotels. Only, it actually isn’t.
Day 1: Oatmeal and fruit at a cafe. Meatloaf, beans and veg for lunch 1. Turkey and cheese w mustard on wheat, + a few almonds for lunch 2. And I’ve already done my workout today.
Gonna keep it up…
